Many of our local projects offer talks about the work we do on the streets, in club venues or at festivals. This is a great way of supporting the work that happens locally as well as offering an inspirational and enlightening talk to your audience. Our speakers speak at a wide range of events including after-dinner, Rotary/Probus, ladies groups, men's groups, church groups, church services, etc.
Aylesbury - Mark Knight or Catherine Turnbull-Ross - Explanation of what Aylesbury Town Chaplaincy is, covering both day-time (chaplains) & night-time (street angels). Can also cover how it started, how it works within local community and setting up an organisation/initiative like this. Travel local to Aylesbury & the surrounding villages/towns (e.g. Wendover, Princes Risborough, Buckingham). No fixed charge, but donation welcome to cover expenses and donation to the charity. Equipment requirements – DVD can be shown if screen/projector/player available (discuss with us as some equipment we may be able to bring along). Availability – variable – again please discuss.
